Meet The Staff

David Luckert, Lead Pastor

David has been in pastoral ministry for over 35 years serving local churches across East Texas. Throughout that time, his passion has always been for people to know and experience the very real love God has for them, and to help people to grow in their faith, worship, sevice, prayer, and giving experiences. He and his wife Cathy love serving the church, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Robert Miller,
First Connect Director

Robert has been with FMC Marshall since 2011 and has served in christian music ministry since 1984. Although much of Robert’s ministry is focused in the First Connect worship service, he is involved with the television/media ministry, and as with other staff, involved in many other areas of our church. He and his wife Lori have two amazing children and an amazing daughter-in-law. It seems the entire family is involved with FMC Marshall’s ministries in one way or another.

Zackary Fisher,
Youth Director

Zackary recently graduated from East Texas Baptist University. Originally from the Lufkin area, he decided to settle down after graduation in Marshall with his newlywed wife. Zack led the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) at his high school and fell in love with sharing God’s word. He has a passion for youth with the energy to match it, as he is often participating right alongside the youth. His mission is to prepare the students for life after high school spiritually by growing their understanding of Christ and teaching them how to dig deeper into God’s Word.

Tiffany Briley,
Children's Director

For more than 18 years, Tiffany Briley has served as an Early Childhood Preschool Director in both corporate and faith-based preschool settings throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Tiffany's ministry experience includes roles as Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Director of Discipleship. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education and Youth Ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (now Nelson University) in Waxahachie, Texas. She is deeply committed to partnering with families to cultivate strong, Christ-centered, spiritual foundations in the lives of their children.

God has blessed Tiffany to be a mom to her teenage son, Joshua. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the beach, reading, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
